Support app was one of the last apps to be transfered to Tokyo and the Product owner wanted one last face lift of the application before it leaves development in Lund. I had started at HiQ and was no longer working with Sony, but was asked to do a final design for the company. 

 

The time was limited and flows were set, my work was mainly focused on the visuals, updating the UI and producing illustrations. The illustration for “Device overview” is based of my mother. My mom has quite bad eye sight and sometimes looks in her phone with a magnifying class. Since they lacked one illustration and there was no time to get contact an official visual designer at Sony, I simply illustrated one myself, based on Sony visual style of course.
